We are very satisfied with how the entire process with Systec GmbH went: from the initial contact, the site visit, and the preparation of the quote—right through to the smooth delivery. I have an old 1978 Mercedes that starts up every morning. I have a 1972 BMW motorcycle with 500,000 miles on it. Systec products have the same build quality that I love about German products. The user interface for programming the Systec Mediaprep and Systec Mediafill systems is also very easy to use.

In our search for an autoclave capable of inactivating large single-use bioreactor bags and larger volumes of bioreactor culture, we initially considered wall-mounted autoclaves and pass-through autoclaves, which are very installation- and cost-intensive, until we found your flexible models—and we ultimately chose the Systec HX-980 2D. In my opinion, this autoclave series is a perfect fit for today’s production machinery in the biopharmaceutical industry, which is typically flexible and often mounted on casters.

Thanks to the Systec autoclave in our laboratory, we are able to perform our weekly quality control checks promptly and can always be confident of optimal sterilization results. For any questions or issues, we can rely on the prompt service provided by Systec GmbH and the Austrian distributor Bartelt GmbH—from troubleshooting to detailed assistance with programming our own sterilization cycles.

With our tight schedules involving sample collection, testing, and the preparation of sterilization media, we rely heavily on the outstanding performance of the two Systec VX-40 autoclaves. These two floor-standing autoclaves have proven to be indispensable in our microbiology laboratory. I am very satisfied with both units!

The Systec Mediaprep and Systec Mediafill system is a highly cost-effective solution that allows us to sterilize large quantities of media. The system performs exceptionally well in this regard. It is easy to use and very reliable. We can immediately prepare various types of media for petri dishes, rather than having to order them from an external supplier, which can take quite some time. This gives us a lot of flexibility in terms of time. We are currently using one Systec Mediaprep-10, three Systec Mediaprep-120s, and one Systec Mediafill. I would definitely recommend these devices.
