Also in July 2022, Systec GmbH & Co. KG was again awarded the IHK seal “TOP AUSBILDUNG” for outstanding training quality. In order to reach young people, Systec GmbH & Co. KG works with local schools, offers internships and is present at training fairs. A special new project is the Instagram account on which our trainees report about their training.

• Apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic Engineer (m/f/d)
  • Content and process: This exciting apprenticeship includes, among other things, the maintenance and servicing of production machines. For all machines to work independently and flawlessly, they must be checked for defects and faults must be eliminated. Repair activities require materials and spare parts, which must either be self-produced or ordered.
  • Duration of the apprenticeship: 42 months
  • The apprenticeship takes place in the field of mechanical and system engineering
  • Insight and cooperation in production according to fixed internal flow charts
  • Training location: Systec GmbH & Co. KG Osnabrück, dual vocational apprenticeship in cooperation with the Vocational School at Brinkstraße in Osnabrück (www.bbs-os-brinkstr.de)
  • Prerequisites: Secondary school leaving certificate with good knowledge of mathematics and physics
  • Final examinations Part 1 and Part 2 are taken at the IHK
• Apprenticeship as a Production Mechanics Engineer (m/f/d)
  • Content and process: Production mechanics are mainly employed in the assembly/production of standard industrial products. They are directly involved in process assurance, compliance with quality standards and measures for the continuous improvement of process flows, manufacturing quality and occupational safety.
  • Duration of the apprenticeship: 36 months
  • This training takes place in the field of metal engineering.
  • Insight and cooperation in production according to fixed internal flow charts
  • Training location: Systec GmbH & Co. KG Osnabrück, dual apprenticeship in cooperation with the Vocational School at Brinkstraße in Osnabrück (www.bbs-os-brinkstr.de)
  • Prerequisites: Basic school leaving qualification with good knowledge of mathematics and physics
  • Final examinations Part 1 and Part 2 are taken at the IHK
• Apprenticeship as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)
  • Contents and processes: Specialists in warehouse logistics work in an action and process-oriented manner in logistics and scheduling. They receive goods and unload them by operating transport equipment and warehouse management systems. They store the goods correctly after receiving them. Regular stocktaking and the consolidation of goods for onward transport is another important task for warehouse logistics specialists.
  • Duration of the apprenticeship: 36 months
  • Training location: Systec GmbH & Co. KG Osnabrück, dual apprenticeship in cooperation with the vocational trainers at Pottgraben School in Osnabrück (bbs-pottgraben.de/)
  • Prerequisites: Basic school leaving qualification with good knowledge of mathematics and physics
  • Intermediate and final examinations are taken at the IHK
• Training as a Sales Representative in Wholesale and Foreign Trade (m/f/d)
  • Contents and process: Sales representatives in the wholesale trade specialising in foreign trade advise their customers comprehensively on the characteristics of the goods and ensure timely delivery to the right place. They calculate prices, process sales orders and issue invoices for the sale of goods.
  • Duration of the apprenticeship: 36 months
  • Training location: Systec GmbH & Co. KG Linden, apprenticeship in cooperation with the KSM (Marburg Commercial School) in Marburg (ksm-mr.de)
  • Requirements: Good secondary school diploma with good foreign language skills
  • Intermediate and final examinations are taken at the IHK
